The prices listed below pertain to Residential Properties only.  Our prices for Commercial Searches  are determined on a search-by-search basis.  For Commercial Searches, email your search order (including the property address and Parcel Identification Number at a minimum) to info@TrueTitleFL.net, and we will provide you with the price and expected turn-time before running the full search.  Also, the prices listed below pertain to every Florida County except for Bradford County, Calhoun County, Dixie County, Liberty County and Union County.  In these five counties copy costs will be added to the prices listed below for the search.  Copies in these five counties typically cost $1.00 per page in addition to a one-time-per-order $4.50 service charge collected by the County Clerk of Court.

This report reflects a 20 year search of the public records for recorded Association liens, Tax liens (State and Federal), Municipal liens, and Judgment liens against ONE name that you provide, including: the type of lien or judgment; the date of recordation; the names of the lien/judgment debtor and the lien/judgment creditor; and the amount(s) of the lien/judgment(s). We will only search the name as you submit it. Copies of all liens and/or judgments are included with the report.

This type of search is not a search of the property itself, AND all owners of the property, for mortgages (mortgages are liens), judgment liens, and other types of liens listed above.  If you need a search of the property and all names associated with the property, you must order either a Current Owner Search, a Two Owner Search or a 30-Year Search.  Those definitions are available on this same home page of my website – www.TitleSearchFlorida.com.

This report reflects a search of the public records including the type of deed, the names of grantor(s) and grantee(s), the date of execution, the date of recordation, and the recordation book and page numbers. A copy of the Deed is included with the report.
